Oh, to have a good friend! One who doesn’t let you down, who believes in you…those are the gems…and you’ll need them during a divorce!
“A friend is one that knows you as you are, understands where you have been, accepts what you have become, and still, gently allows you to grow.”
― William Shakespeare
I LOVE this because nowhere does it say anything about judging you or telling you how to live your life…these are the ones you’ll need…
Sex in the City really portrayed successful friendships. Their friendships weren’t without conflict but they were there for each other…and there are these friends which are just as important to have…
Do you have a good friend anecdote to share? Leave a comment; I LOVE ’em!

June 6, 2013 at 5:41 pm—Sex and the City was Faaaaabulous, not because of all of the sex & martinis, but because of the magical relationship between the 4 women.
When this show ended, I actually mourned. We should all have girlfriends like these!!

June 6, 2013 at 7:45 pmI agree, Kim. I thought it was such a great portrayal of female frienship. They got angry with one another but there was always respect and support. I still watch it on Cosmo channel (unedited). The scenes that touch me the most and sometimes make me cry are the ones between the women.
